摘  要:在冲压生产过程中,传统的手工操作生产方式已无法满足五金、家电、国防、汽车、电子等高速生产需求。应用机器人取代人工操作,实现自动化生产,可极大提高生产效率及产品质量,是现代冲压生产技术的重要发展方向之一[1]。目前,国内外尚没有针对中小企业的经济实用的大型闭式压力机单机自动化送料系统的研发应用。本文单机自动化送料系统的成功研制,可为同类型冲压生产自动化升级改造提供有价值的参考。In the stamping production process,the traditional manual production mode has been unable to meet the high-speed production needs of hardware,household appliances,national defense,automobiles,electronics,etc.The application of robot to replace manual operation and realize automatic production can greatly improve production efficiency and quality,which is one of the important development directions of modern stamping production technology[1].At present,there is no developed automatic feeding system of economic and practical single large closed press for small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad.The successful development of the automatic feeding system of single machine provides a valuable reference for the upgrading and transformation of the same type of stamping production automation,and greatly improves the production efficiency as well as the quality of stamping parts.
