摘　　要：作为环保有机餐具高温高压成形母机的伺服泵控液压机,首先在机构上既考虑到焊接、加工的通过能力,也结合机器人自动化线的生产效率最终确定机床参数并采用两台机床并列摆放的布局型式;其次在控制方面通过电气控制与液压系统的有效结合,在满足特殊工艺应用要求的同时可与外围信号做到无缝对接,有效提高整线的运行可靠性,满足24h连续生产要求;最后对安全栓装置进行创新设计,采用新结构有效保护了设备安全和人身安全。The servo pump-controlled hydraulic press,which is as the mother machine for high temperature and high pressure forming of environmentally friendly organic tableware,first of all,considers not only the currency capacity of welding and processing,but also the production efficiency of the robot automation line,the machine parameters have been finally determined and the layout of two machines placed side by side has been adopted.Secondly,in terms of control,through the effective combination of electrical control and hydraulic system,it can seamlessly connect with peripheral signals while meeting the application requirements of special processes,effectively improving the reliability of the entire line,and meeting the requirements of 24-hour continuous production.Innovative design has been conducted to the safety bolt device,while safety of equipment and personal safety have been effectively protected by the new structure.
