摘 要:全自动激光去溢料机中的溢料去除机构使激光切割后的集成芯片溢料实现精准去除。针对采用Solidworks软件完成造型和装配设计的溢料去除机构,利用Simulation插件的有限元分析功能,对该机构分别进行应力、疲劳和屈曲有限元分析,研究其在载荷和材料等情况下导致的零部件损坏或变形,以此为依据提出合理的改进建议和措施,以保证零部件乃至机构设计的强度、刚度和稳定性。该方法也可用于自动化设备整机设计的合理性验证与结构改进和优化。The overflow removal mechanism in the fully automatic laser overflow removal machine enables the precise overflow removal of the integrated chip after being laser cutting.Aiming at the overflow removal mechanism which uses Solidworks software to complete modeling and assembly design,the finite element analysis function of Simulation plug-in has been used to conduct stress,fatigue and buckling finite element analysis on the mechanism,and study the damage or deformation of parts caused by load and material,based on which,the reasonable improvement suggestions and measures have been proposed to ensure the strength,stiffness and stability of parts and even mechanism design.This method can also be used to verify the rationality of the whole design of automation equipment,while improve and optimize the structure.
