摘  要:镍基高温合金有着优异的高温抗氧化腐蚀性和良好的强度等综合性能,是航天航空领域重要的高温合金之一。然而,随着金属零件形状与结构的复杂化,传统金属件成形方式越来越难以满足需求。金属激光选区熔化成形技术(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)是通过逐层铺粉、逐层加工的激光快速成形,被认为是最重要的增材制造技术之一,因此在成形镍基高温合金中有着巨大的潜力。缺陷的形成是选择性激光熔化成形技术中常见的问题。本文对SLM中缺陷类型进行了综述,并对常见的缺陷提出一些控制方法。Nickel base super-alloy is one of the most important super-alloys in the field of aerospace because of its excellent high temperature corrosion resistance and strength.However,with the complexity of the shape and structure of metal parts,traditional metal forming methods are increasingly difficult to meet the needs.Selective Laser Melting(SLM)is a kind of laser rapid forming technology through powdering layer by layer and processing layer by layer.It is considered as one of the most important additive manufacturing technologies,so it has great potential in forming nickel base super-alloys.The formation of defects is a common problem in selective laser melting(SLM).The types of defects in SLM has been summarized,and some control methods for common defects have been put forward.
