摘  要:某厂承制的大型筒体类圈类件在性能热处理过程中发生多起变形超差问题,导致变形后的尺寸无法满足精加工要求,或者加工后工件的硬度或硬度均匀性无法满足要求。针对这一现象,本文介绍了大型筒体类圈类件在性能热处理过程中发生变形的主要阶段,分析了影响工件变形的内部因素和外部因素,并认为:内部因素主要为内应力和工件自身结构,因生产边界条件已经确定,无法通过改变内部因素来控制变形;外部因素为装炉支垫方式和吊具起吊状态,可以通过改进装炉支垫方式和起吊淬火方法来控制大型筒体类圈类件在热处理过程中的变形程度。最终通过改进装炉支垫方式和起吊淬火方法,有效减小了工件的变形程度,并初步建立大型筒体类圈类件热处理变形数据库,为大型筒体类圈类件的制造生产提供参考指导。同时文末介绍了用来控制工件热处理变形的其他措施,在实际热处理生产过程中具有普遍的实际操作意义。Many deformation out of tolerance problems has been occurred during performance heat treatment of large cylinder ring type parts,which resulted in that the deformed size could not meet the requirements of finish machining,or the hardness or hardness uniformity of the workpiece after machining could not meet the requirements.In view of this phenomenon,the main stages of deformation of large cylinder ring type parts in the performance heat treatment process has been introduced in the text,while the internal and external factors which affect the deformation of the workpiece have been analyzed.It is believed that the internal factors are mainly internal stress and the workpiece's own structure.Since the production boundary conditions have been determined,it is impossible to control the deformation by changing the internal factors;the external factors are the way of furnace loading and supporting cushion and the lifting state of slings.The deformation degree of large cylinder ring parts during heat treatment can be controlled by improving the way of furnace loading and supporting cushion and the lifting and quenching method.Finally,the deformation degree of the workpiece has been effectively reduced by improving the way of furnace loading and supporting cushion and lifting and quenching methods,and the database of heat treatment deformation of large cylinder ring type parts has been initially established,providing reference and guidance for the manufacturing and production of large cylinder ring type parts.Meanwhile,other measures used to control the deformation of workpiece during heat treatment have been introduced,which has universal practical significance in the actual heat treatment production process.
