摘  要:对某3号锅炉对流过热器出口集箱12Cr1MoV钢接管进行了理化性能试验分析,结果表明:管样显微组织老化严重,强度较低。根据试验结果对该接管的运行监督提出了建议。为安全起见,类似1#-3#管样的管座不宜长期使用,应加强监督,择机更换。The physical and chemical properties of 12Cr1MoV steel nozzle at the outlet header of convection super-heater of some 3#boiler have been tested and analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the pipe sample has been seriously aged with low strength.According to the test results,some suggestions have been put forward for the operation supervision of the header nozzle at the outlet of the convection super-heater of the boiler.For the sake of safety,pipe sockets similar to 1#-3#pipe samples should not be used for a long time,while supervision should be strengthened and the machine should be selected for replacement.
