煤化工项目输煤转运站自喷系统报警阀组设置的探讨

摘　　要：输煤系统转运站常用的水消防措施包括室内消火栓系统、闭式自动喷水灭火系统和水幕系统。各系统应根据设计规范设置消防水泵接合器并距离门窗2.0 m以上。闭式自动喷水灭火系统和水幕系统的报警阀组应分别安装在安全且易操作的地方。可考虑在转运站EL0.000层设置专门的报警阀室,亦可采用感温释放阀代替雨淋阀用于水幕系统,该阀组相比传统雨淋阀占地小,可设置于栈桥洞口附近。The fire water systems commonly used at coal transfer stations include the indoor fire hydrant system,close-type automatic water sprinkler system and water curtain system.Each system should be equipped with water pump connectors according to the design codes and standards and be located 2.0m away from doors and windows.The alarm valve units of close-type sprinkler system and the water curtain system should be installed separately in safe and easy-to-operate places.A special alarm valve room can be considered to be set on the EL0.000 floor of the transfer station for accommodating all alarm valve units.Alternatively,the temperature-sensitive release valve can be used instead of the deluge valve for the water curtain system.The temperature-sensitive release valve occupies less space than the deluge valve and it can be installed near the entrance of the trestle hole.
