摘  要:海上油气生产平台执行安全保护功能的ESD系统,其关断级别大多是根据设计经验确定,且关断级别越高触发动作的阀门和机泵越多,联锁保护的可靠性也就越低。针对海上油气生产平台仪表系统的设计提出了一种新思路:在海上平台安全仪表系统的设计之初,结合风险定性分析和定量分析结果,明确安全保护功能及其需要达到的SIL等级,并据此编制安全要求规格书和设计安全仪表系统,在项目验收前应根据现场仪表的配置和失效数据验证该安全功能回路是否满足SIL定级的要求。The shutdown level of ESD system for offshore oil and gas production platform is mostly determined according to design experience.The higher the shutdown level is,the more valves and pumps that trigger action are,and the lower the reliability of interlock protection is.This paper puts forward a new idea for the design of offshore oil and gas production platform instrument system.It suggests that at the beginning of the design of offshore platform safety instrument system,the safety protection function and SIL level to be reached should be clarified combining with the results of risk qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.And based on this,the safety requirements specification and design of safety instrument system should be prepared.The safety function circuit should be verified to meet the SIL classification requirements based on the configuration and failure data of the field instrumentation prior to project acceptance.
