摘　　要：从输送及流化风量过大、布袋除尘器系统故障、真空压力释放阀故障3个方面对某分公司CFB锅炉石灰石仓、飞灰仓仓顶漏灰的原因进行分析,发现喷吹管脱落或倾斜、喷吹风量不足、滤袋失效均能造成除尘器系统故障。通过合理降低输送风量及流化风量、对布袋除尘器和真空压力释放阀消缺、加强运行管理可有效治理石灰石仓、飞灰仓仓顶漏灰。This paper analyzes the causes of the ash leakage from the top of the limestone and fly ash silos of CFB boilers in certain Petrochemical Company and presents the treatment measures for the leakage.The causes of dust leakage are analyzed from three aspects:excessive conveying and fluidizing air flow,bag filter system fault,and vacuum pressure release valve fault.It is found that falling or tilting of the nozzle,insufficient air flow,and invalid filter bag may result in faults of the filter system.Reasonable reduction of conveying and fluidizing air flow,absence of bag filter and vacuum pressure release valve,and strengthening operation management can effectively control ash leakage from the top of limestone and fly ash silos.
