扬刺法针刺结合塞来昔布治疗急性痛风的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察扬刺法针刺联合塞来昔布胶囊对急性痛风的疗效与安全性。方法 选择72例急性痛风的患者,随机分为两组,每组36例。对照组给予口服塞来昔布治疗,治疗组在口服塞来昔布的基础上行针刺治疗,阿是穴采用扬刺法。疗程均为1周。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗7 d后的VAS评分、PRI评分、症状体征评分。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者VAS评分、PRI评分、症状体征评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者上述指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组为72.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良事件发生。结论 扬刺法针刺结合塞来昔布治疗急性痛风的疗效显著,不仅能有效镇痛,而且能改善急性痛风患者的关节肿胀程度和关节活动度。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of quintuple puncture combined with celecoxib in the treatment of acute gout. Methods:Patients were diagnosed with acute gout were selected and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral celecoxib,and the treatment group received quintuple puncture treatment based on oral celecoxib. The course of treatment for both groups was 1 week. The VAS scores,PRI scores,and symptoms and signs scores before and 7 days after treatment were observed. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the VAS,PRI,and symptoms and signs scores were significantly lower in both groups after treatment(P< 0.05),and the improvements of the above indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P< 0.05). After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 72.22% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion:The efficacy of quintuple puncture combined with celecoxib in the treatment of acute gout is remarkable. It can not only provide effective analgesia,but also improve the degree of joint swelling and joint mobility in patients with acute gout.
