丘墟透照海运动针法联合肩五针治疗肩袖损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察丘墟透照海运动针法联合肩五针治疗肩袖损伤(血瘀气滞证)的临床疗效。方法 将62例肩袖损伤(血瘀气滞证)患者随机分为对照组与观察组各31例。对照组予肩五针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丘墟透照海运动针法治疗,均治疗2个疗程。分别在治疗前及治疗2个疗程后观察两组肩关节疼痛程度评分(VAS)、肩关节功能评分(CMS)及临床疗效。结果 治疗2个疗程后,两组VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),两组CMS评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且观察组VAS、CMS评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05)。结论 丘墟透照海运动针法联合肩五针对肩袖损伤(血瘀气滞证)患者有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善其肩部疼痛及活动受限的症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiuxu through Zhaohai motility acupuncture combined with shoulder five-needle acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis and Qi stagnation rotator cuff injury. Methods:A total of 62 patients with blood stasis and Qi stagnation rotator cuff injury were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with shoulder fiveneedle acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with shoulder five-needle acupuncture combined with Qiuxu through Zhaohai motility acupuncture,both of which were treated for 2 courses. The changes of visual analogue scale(VAS),Constant-Murley shoulder function score(CMS)and clinical effect were observed before treatment and after two courses of treatment. Results:Compared with baseline,the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower(P< 0.05),and the CMS score of the two groups was significantly higher(P< 0.05). The scores of VAS and CMS in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P< 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group(93.55%)was better than control group(80.65%). Conclusion:Qiuxu through Zhaohai motility acupuncture combined with shoulder five-needle acupuncture is effective in the treatment of blood stasis and Qi stagnation rotator cuff injury,and it can significantly improve the symptoms of shoulder pain and dysfunction.
