摘 要:试验旨在研究一种合成酯化鸽乳对人工哺育幼鸽生长性能和免疫功能的影响。选取同批孵化出雏的银王鸽幼鸽180只,随机分为3组:1日龄人工哺育组、3日龄人工哺育组、亲鸽哺育组,每组5个重复,每重复12只;试验时间10 d。结果表明:1日龄人工哺育组1~10日龄幼鸽日增重低于亲鸽哺育组(P<0.05),3日龄人工哺育组3~7日龄幼鸽日增重接近于亲鸽哺育组(P>0.05)、8~10日龄幼鸽日增重显著低于亲鸽哺育组(P<0.05);1日龄和3日龄人工哺育幼鸽翅羽长度、翅羽宽度发育程度显著低于亲鸽哺育幼鸽(P<0.05);各组间法氏囊指数差异显著(P<0.05),胸腺和脾脏指数差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间血清免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)含量差异不显著(P>0.05),血清免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)含量差异显著(P<0.05);1日龄人工哺育、3日龄人工哺育血清免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)含量差异显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,酯化鸽乳适宜于幼鸽3日龄超前断乳人工哺育,较佳哺育时间为3~7日龄;酯化鸽乳需要在促进幼鸽法氏囊、羽毛生长发育方面进行适当营养调整或补充。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of synthetic esterified pigeon milk on the growth performance and immune function of artificially fed young pigeons.A total of 180 young sil⁃ver king pigeons that hatched in the same batch were chosen and randomly divided into 1-day-old artifi⁃cial feeding group,3-day-old artificial feeding group and parent pigeon feeding group with five repli⁃cates per group and 12 pigeons per replicate.The experiment lasted for 10 days.The results indicated that:The daily weight gain of the 1-day-old artificial feeding group in the 1-10 days was lower than that of the parent feeding group(P<0.05);as for the 3-day-old artificial feeding group,the daily weight gain of young pigeons in the age of 3-7 days was close to that of the parent feeding group(P>0.05),while this value for the young pigeons aged 8-10 days was lower than that of the parent group(P<0.05).Both the developments of wing-length and wing width of the 1-day-old and 3-day-old artificial feeding group were lower than those of parent feeding group.Besides,there were significant dif⁃ferences of bursa index among each group(P<0.05),whereas the thymus index and spleen index were less variable(P>0.05);meanwhile,the se⁃rum IgG values of each group exhibited little dif⁃ference(P>0.05),while the serum IgM values showed remarkable variation(P<0.05);the serum IgA values of the 1-day-old artificial feeding,3-day old artificial feeding and parent feeding groups displayed significant difference.In conclusion,esterified pigeon milk was suitable for pre-weaning artificial feeding of 3-day-old young pigeons,and the optimal feeding time was 3-7 days old.The proper nutritional adjustment or supplement for esterified pigeon milk was necessary to facilitate the growth and development of bursa and feather of young pigeons.
