摘  要:为探究碳纤维双轴向经编织物铺层工艺及其复合材料的力学性能,采用碳纤维双轴向经编树脂预浸料,经过热压的固化方式制备复合材料,从碳纤维的铺层角度、铺层层数和铺层克重三个方面探究其对拉伸性能和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:铺层角度为[0°/45°]的复合材料板拉伸断裂强度比[0°/0°]和[0°/90°]两块板提高297.1%。铺层层数增加,拉伸断裂强度增加,铺设4层板的断裂强度比2层的提高22.9%。铺层克重增加,拉伸断裂强度降低,PN600的断裂强度比PN300降低10.7%。铺层角度为[0°/0°]和[0°/90°]的复合材料板弯曲强度相似,而[0°/45°]板纬向弯曲强度比经向提高109.5%。铺层层数增加,弯曲强度降低,4层板的弯曲强度比2层板的降低2.1%。铺层克重增加,弯曲强度增加,PN600的弯曲强度比PN300提高27.6%。In order to explore carbon fiber biaxial warp knitted fabric laying process and mechanical proper-ties of its composite materials,carbon fiber biaxial warp knitted resin was taken as prepreg,and its composite materials were prepared by hot-pressing processing.The effects of laying angle,the number of layers and the area weight of the layer on tensile and bending properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the tensile fracture strength of composite plate[0°/45°]was 297.1%higher than that of composite plates[0°/0°]and[0°/90°].With the increase of layering number,the fracture strength increased,and the fracture strength of 4 layers was 22.9%higher than that of 2 layers.The tensile fracture strength decreased with the in-crease of the area weight of the layer.The fracture strength of PN600 was 10.7%lower than that of PN300.The bending strengths of composite plates[0°/0°]and[0°/90°]were similar,while the weft bending strength of composite plate[0°/45°]was 109.5%higher than that of the warp direction.As the number of layers increased,the bending strength decreased,and the bending strength of 4-layer plate decreased 2.1%than that of 2-layer plate.The tensile fracture strength increased with the increase of the area weight of the layer.The bending strength of PN600 was 27.6%higher than that of PN300.
