摘 要:为探究单孔锦纶6长丝作为赛络纺包芯纱芯丝的可加工性,对单孔锦纶6长丝的拉伸性能、回弹性、弯曲刚度、摩擦性能、比电阻进行测试,结合赛络纺包芯纱加工工艺特点分析了单丝孔数、油剂含量、摩擦辊材质对锦纶6长丝性能和包芯纱加工的影响。结果表明:单孔锦纶6长丝的回弹性和抗弯刚度大于同纤度的多孔锦纶6复丝,在包芯纱加工过程中应对其施加较大的加工张力;油剂含量对锦纶6长丝摩擦系数和比电阻的影响大于单丝根数的影响,在单孔锦纶6长丝包芯纱加工中应注意油剂含量的控制;单孔锦纶6长丝与橡胶辊的静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数最大,塑料辊次之,金属辊最小,在包芯纱加工过程中,为提高单孔锦纶6长丝喂入张力,可选用摩擦系数较大的塑料或橡胶导丝装置。包芯纱试纺结果表明:当单孔锦纶6长丝油剂含量控制在0.3%~0.5%,采用PVC材质导丝杆时,制得的包芯纱质量明显提高。In order to explore the processability of single-hole nylon 6 filament as the core filament of sirospinning core-spun yarn,the tensile properties,resilience,bending stiffness,friction properties and specific re-sistance of single-hole nylon 6 filament were tested.The influence of the hole number of monofilament,oil con-tent and friction roller material on the properties of nylon 6 filament and the processing of core-spun yarn was an-alyzed.The results showed that the resilience and flexural rigidity of single-hole nylon 6 filaments were greater than those of multi-hole nylon 6 multifilaments with the same yarn denier.Therefore,greater processing tension should be applied to the single-hole nylon 6 filament in the yarn processing.The influence of oil content on fric-tion coefficient and specific resistance of nylon 6 filament was greater than that of the number of monofilament,and the control of oil content in the processing of single-hole nylon 6 filament core-spun yarn should be empha-sized.The static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient between single-hole nylon 6 filament and rub-ber rollers were largest,followed by plastic roller,and the metal roller was the smallest,which indicated that the plastic or rubber yarn guide device with a larger friction coefficient could be selected in the process of core-spun yarn to improve the feeding tension of single-hole nylon 6 filament.The core-spun yarn test results showed that when the oil content of single-hole nylon 6 filament was controlled at 0.3-0.5%and the PVC material guide rod was adopted,the quality of the core-spun yarn was significantly improved.
