抗菌止血水凝胶医用敷料的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：医用敷料可保护伤口环境并加快伤口愈合,目前医学上仍然采用传统的医用敷料如纱布、棉团较多,传统的医用敷料价格低廉,原料易得,但存在容易粘连、抗菌效果不佳的缺陷。根据对伤口愈合过程的研究,通过在棉织物上接枝十六烷基季铵盐和不饱和双键制备改性织物,然后将改性织物浸泡在改性葡聚糖、凝血酶、聚六亚甲基盐酸胍溶液中,利用紫外光原位交联方式形成水凝胶复合棉织物敷料;利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振、SEM、抗菌实验以及小鼠断尾实验,证明了水凝胶复合棉织物敷料良好的吸液能力、抗菌性和止血性。Medical dressings can protect the wound environment and speed up wound healing.At present,traditional medical dressings such as gauze and cotton are still widely used in medicine.Traditional medical dress-ings are cheap and easy to obtain,but they have the defects such as easy adhesion and poor antibacterial effect.Based on the study of wound healing process,the modified fabric was prepared by grafting hexadecyl quaternary ammonium salt and unsaturated double bond on cotton fabric,and then the modified fabric was immersed in mod-ified dextran,thrombin and polyhmethylene guanidine hydrochloride solution,and hydrogel composite cotton fab-ric dressing was formed by UV in situ crosslinking.By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,SEM,antibacterial test and mouse tail cutting test,the hydrogel composite cotton fabric dressing proved to have good absorbability,antibacterial and antihemorrhagic properties.
