摘 要:研究了三组分废旧毛/锦/涤混纺面料的溶解工艺,将羊毛纤维通过由尿素/十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/亚硫酸氢钠组成的还原C体系溶解,锦纶通过二水合氯化钙/甲醇体系溶解,涤纶通过由氢氧化钾/乙醇/1,4二氧六环组成的醇碱联合法体系溶解。根据各组分溶解时其余纤维的表面损伤情况,得出废旧毛/锦/涤面料的最佳溶解顺序为羊毛→锦纶→涤纶。对回收产物进行性能测试,分析了单组分纤维溶解对其余组分的影响,证明了三组分废旧毛/锦/涤混纺面料溶解工艺的可行性。The dissolution processes of three-component waste wool/nylon/polyester blended fabrics were studied.The wool fiber was dissolved by reducing C system composed of urea/sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)/so-dium bisulfite,nylon was dissolved by calcium chloride dihydrate/methanol system,and polyester was dissolved by alcohol alkali combination system composed of potassium hydroxide/ethanol/1,4 dioxane.According to the surface damage of other fibers when each component dissolved,the best dissolving order of waste wool/nylon/pol-yester fabric was wool→nylon→polyester.The performance of the recovered product was tested,and the effects of the dissolution of the single component fiber on the other components were analyzed,which proved the feasibility of the dissolution process of the three-component waste wool/brocade/polyester blended fabric.
