摘　　要：在织物起毛起球测试中,茸毛形成、纠缠、脱落的速率影响起毛起球等级。探讨在测试时间5h内三种线密度纱线的山羊绒粗纺针织物起毛起球特性。实验结果表明:测试时间延长,6个织物试样表面的茸毛与毛球增多,且磨掉的茸毛和毛球量也增加;对于织物试样所用的纤维长度,测试时间2h时,纤维长度对织物试样起毛起球等级的贡献不明显;起球测试初期的1h内从试样上磨掉的茸毛和毛球量远小于后期的1h内磨掉的茸毛和毛球量;在5h内,织物试样上磨掉的茸毛和毛球量小于新生成的量。In the pilling test,rates of fuzz formation,entanglement,and fuzz and pill wear-off influenced the pilling grades of fabrics.The pilling characteristics of cashmere woolen knitted fabrics of three kinds of linear density yarns within 5h were investigated.Experimental results showed that more fuzz and pills formed on the sur-faces of six fabric samples as the test time increased,and worn-off amount also increased.As for the fiber length used in the fabric samples,it made little contribution to pilling grades of the samples when test time was 2h.The worn-off amount of fuzz and pills within the former 1h was lower than that of the latter 1h.The worn-off amount of fuzz and pills from the samples was less than that of new-formed ones.
