摘 要:为了提高涤棉织物印花效率与色牢度,通过单因素法讨论了不同预处理方式、汽蒸时间、染料、印花糊料、是否加入苯甲醇对涤棉织物印花质量的影响。通过判断织物洗涤前后的实物图片、手感、K/S值优化工艺,最终确定涤棉织物前处理工艺配方为:0.3%羟甲基纤维素、8%尿素、1%碳酸氢钠、去离子水;确定印花工艺:染料2g(分散染料和活性染料各1g)、尿素0.5g、碳酸氢钠1.2g、海藻酸钠1.3g、苯甲醇0.7mL、去离子水至30g,汽蒸10分钟,最终焙烘工艺为150℃焙烘3分钟。In order to improve the printing efficiency and color fastness of polyester/cotton fabrics,the effects of different pretreatment methods,steaming time,dyes,printing pastes,and whether adding benzyl alcohol on the printing quality of polyester/cotton fabrics were discussed by single factor method.The process was optimized by judging the physical pictures,hand feel,and K/S value of the fabric before and after washing.The final formula for polyester/cotton fabrics pretreatment process was 0.3%hydroxymethyl cellulose,8%urea,1%sodium bicarbonate,and deionized water;the printing process was dye 2g(disperse dye and reactive dye each 1g),urea 0.5g,sodium bicarbonate 1.2g,sodium alginate 1.3g,benzyl alcohol 0.7mL,deionized water 30g,steaming for 10 minutes,and the final baking process was 150°C for 3 minutes.
