摘 要:将聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂溶解于四氢呋喃(THF)与二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的混合溶剂中得到纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝技术成功制备了PVC纤维。通过流变研究了纺丝温度对纤维可纺性的影响,并研究了凝固浴浓度和牵伸倍率对纤维结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当纺丝温度为60℃,凝固浴为50%二甲基亚砜(DMSO)的水溶液,通过湿法纺丝牵伸4倍得到的PVC纤维力学性能最好。The spinning original solution was obtained by dissolving polyvinyl chloride(PVC)resin in the mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran(THF)and dimethylformamide(DMF).PVC fiber was successfully prepared by wet spinning technology.The influence of spinning temperature on the spinnability of fiber was studied by rheolo-gy,and the effects of coagulation bath concentration and drafting ratio on the structure and properties of the fiber were studied.The results showed that when the spinning temperature was 60℃and the coagulation bath was 50%dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)aqueous solution,the mechanical properties of PVC fiber obtained by four times of wet spinning drafting were the best.
