摘  要:目的根据“双一流”建设中对研究生指导教师的要求结合临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式,构建一套科学、合理的临床医学专业学位研究生指导教师关键绩效指标(KPI)考核体系。方法通过检索国内外相关文献,以指导教师的师德师风、专业知识及科研水平为基础,结合心理健康指导能力、临床实践教学能力及学位论文指导能力等指标,初步拟定临床医学专业学位研究生指导教师的KPI考核体系,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询。结果对16名专家进行2轮专家函询后构建的KPI包括4个一级指标、16个二级指标及基本标准与卓越标准。2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家群体权威系数为0.94。各指标重要性评分的肯德尔和谐系数P均<0.001。经过2轮函询后,各指标重要性得分为4.25~4.94分,标准差为0.25~0.73,满分比为0.38~0.94,变异系数为0.05~0.16。结论本研究基于KPI理论构建临床医学专业学位研究生指导教师绩效考核体系,具有较好的可靠性,可提供量化指标,提高临床医学专业学位研究生指导教师的培养能力,推动“双一流”的建设工作。Objective According to the requirements of the“double first-class”construction for graduate tutors and the training mode of clinical medicine graduate students,a set of scientific and reasonable key performance indicators(KPI)assessment system for clinical medicine graduate tutors is established.Methods By searching the relevant literature at home and abroad,on the basis of the teachers’ethics,professional knowledge and scientific research level,and in combination with the indicators of mental health guidance ability,clinical practice teaching ability and degree thesis guidance ability,the KPI assessment system of the clinical medicine graduate tutors was preliminarily formulated,and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method.Results The KPI constructed after two rounds of expert correspondence with 16 experts includes four first-class indicators,16 second-class indicators,basic standards and standards of excellence.The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires was 100%,and the authority coefficient of the expert group was 0.94.The Kendall concordance coefficient P of the importance score of each index was<0.001.After two rounds of correspondence,the average score range of the importance of each index was 4.25-4.94,the standard deviation was 0.25-0.73,the full score ratio was 0.38-0.94,and the coefficient of variation was 0.05-0.16.Conclusion The performance evaluation system of clinical medicine graduate tutors based on KPI theory has good reliability,provides quantitative indicators,improves the training ability of clinical medicine graduate tutors,and promotes the construction of“double first-class”.
