摘 要:热处理是机械制造中一门重要的学科,在制造过程中与铸造、锻造、机加、焊接等其他学科彼此关联,生产应用较为广泛。随着我国机械产品与热处理技术的高速发展,热处理工艺与相关专业的有机结合对提高产品加工质量、提升制造能力显得尤为重要,机械制造人员应正确熟练地应用热处理工艺并协调与相关专业之间的关系。结合生产实践,依据热处理在工艺路线中工序位置的不同将其划分为预先热处理工序、中间热处理工序及最终热处理工序3种类型,阐述了热处理工序与工艺在机械制造全过程中具体的应用及作用,剖析了工艺案例,并对设计零部件工艺路线时应注意的关键点进行了详细的分析与探讨,旨在促进热处理工艺技术得到更好的发展和应用,为工程技术人员提供指导性建议。Heat treatment was an important discipline in mechanical manufacturing,which was related to other disciplines such as casting,forging,cutting and welding in the manufacturing process and was widely used in production.With the rapid development of mechanical products and heat treatment technology in China,the organic combination of heat treatment technology and related majors was particularly important to improve product machining quality and manufacturing capacity.Mechanical manufacturing personnel should correctly and skillfully apply the heat treatment process and coordinate the contradiction with relevant disciplines.Combined with production practice,according to the different process positions of heat treatment in the process route,it was divided into three types,that was,pre heat treatment process,intermediate heat treatment process and final heat treatment process.It was expounded that the specific application and function of heat treatment process and technology in the whole process of mechanical manufacturing,we analyzed the process cases,and discussed the key points which needed attention in designing the process route of parts.The purpose was to promote the better development and application of heat treatment technology and provide guiding suggestions for engineers and technicians.
