摘 要:优化水泵核心水力部件、提升过流部件水力效率的方法是一种新型的节能改造手段。以提高设备的扬程、效率等外特性指标为主要目标,对一台多级给水泵的主要水力部件导叶进行结构优化。在三维模型中找到原型导叶存在的不合理结构,制定2种优化方案分别进行有针对性地改进设计,并通过CFD流场仿真技术对相关方案进行评估判定,根据计算结果快速选取最优模型进行投产试制。产品模具制作采用3D打印的快速成型方法以缩短生产周期。此外,对原型和优化结构进行了真机试验,实际试验结果表明,空间式导叶可以有效改善流体的脱流与回流现象,提高设备的扬程及效率,导叶优化可以作为一种节能改造方法进行工程应用。There was a new energy saving reconstruction method which optimized the core hydraulic components of the pump and improved the hydraulic efficiency of the flow parts.The structural optimization of the guide vane in multistage feed water pump has been completed with the target of increasing the external characteristics for equipment,such as head of delivery,efficiency and so on,and the unreasonable structures of original guide vane were found through its three-dimensional model.Two optimization schemes were developed respectively to improve the structure of the pump.The CFD simulation technique was used to evaluate the optimization plans,so that the optimum model could be chosen to put into production with more efficient.Three-dimensional printing method which belongs to rapid proto-typing technology was adopted for product mold manufacturing in order to shorten manufacturing cycle.Tests were completed for both prototype and optimized structures.The results showed that the special-type guide vane would improve flow separation and backflow phenomena of the fluid and increase the head of delivery and efficiency of pump.The guide vane optimization could be implemented as an energy saving reconstruction method for engineering application.
