摘　　要：变形抗力是表征金属塑性变形难易程度的指标,其量化研究对于改善加工控制精度和提升加工设备使用寿命具有重要意义。利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机和光学显微镜对Nb微合金化高强耐候角钢进行连续冷却转变规律和再结晶规律研究,进一步分析不同变形温度、变形速率和变形程度对变形抗力的影响规律。结果表明,当变形温度和变形程度一定时,变形抗力随着变形速率的增加而增大;在高变形温度和低变形速率下,Nb微合金化高强耐候角钢才发生动态再结晶,变形抗力随着变形程度的增加而增大,出现峰值后,变形抗力则逐渐减小;在低变形温度和高变形速率下,变形抗力则随着变形程度的增加不断增大;在低变形温度和低变形速率下或者高变形温度和高变形速率下,变形抗力与变形程度关系较为复杂。Deformation resistance was an index to characterize the difficulty of plastic deformation of the metal,and its quantitative research was of great significance for improving the precision of the machining control and prolonging the service life of the machining equipment.The continuous cooling transformation law and recrystallization law of Nb microalloying high-strength weather-proof angle steel were researched by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation tester and optical microscope,furthermore,the influence of different deformation temperature,strain rate and deformation degree on deformation resistance were analyzed.The result showed that the deformation resistance increased with the rise of the strain rate at the same deformation temperature and degree of deformation.Dynamic recrystallization of Nb microalloying high-strength weather-proof angles occurred at high deformation temperatures and low strain rates.The deformation resistance became greater with the increase of the deformation degree,and it decreased gradually after the peak value appeared.The deformation resistance increased with the increase of the deformation degree at low deformation temperature and high strain rate.The relationship between deformation resistance and deformation degree was complicated at low deformation temperature and low strain rate or at high deformation temperature and high strain rate.
