摘  要:针对液力偶合器不断向大功率、高转速参数发展需要,为避免运转过程中因部件强度不足而直接影响机组的正常运行,保证液力偶合器结构的安全可靠性,利用有限元法对液力偶合器泵轮转子系统进行不同工况下强度校核。结果表明:液力偶合器材料选择合理,结构强度满足设计要求,并有一定的安全裕度,对工程中液力偶合器的进一步优化设计及运行具有指导意义。In view of the development needs of the hydraulic coupling to high-power and high-speed parameters,and avoiding the direct impact on the normal operation of the unit due to the insufficient strength of components in the operation process,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the hydraulic coupling structure,the finite element method was used to check the strength of the hydraulic coupling pump wheel rotor system under different working conditions.The results showed that the material selection of the hydraulic coupling was reasonable,the structural strength met the design requirements,and there was a certain degree of safety margin,which had guiding significance for the further optimization design and operation of the hydraulic coupling in the project.
