摘 要:对常用的铁基合金、纳米晶合金和坡莫合金材料的特性及应用进行了介绍,并阐述了材料特性指标对产品性能的影响。搭建了试验平台,研究了温度及频率等参数对材料单匝电感量等性能的影响,并着重研究了1K107、1J85磁性材料的饱和性能。在此基础上,对纳米晶合金材料的制备方法进行了介绍,并简述了国内外对影响纳米晶合金材料制备方法的优化研究与成果,指出纳米晶合金磁性材料今后应向宽温低损耗、高频化、低损耗、高磁导率方向发展,以及应在其制备工艺和添加剂种类的优化方面进行研究。It was introduced that the properties and applications of commonly used Fe-based alloys,nanocrystalline alloys and permalloy materials,and the effects of material properties on products properties were expounded.Aimed at the influence of material characteristic index on products performance,a test platform was built to study the influence of temperature,frequency and other parameters on the single turn inductance of the material,and the saturation performance of 1k107 and 1J85 magnetic materials was emphatically studied.On this basis,the preparation methods of nanocrystalline alloy materials were introduced,and the optimization research and results of the preparation methods of nanocrystalline alloy materials at home and abroad were briefly described.Finally,it was pointed out that nanocrystalline alloy magnetic materials should be developed in the direction of wide temperature and low loss,high frequency and low loss,and high permeability in the future,and the optimization of their preparation process and the types of additives should be studied.
