摘  要:大型泵站混凝土结构等通常截面较大,需要采取一定的温控措施才能避免温度裂缝的产生,而目前常规措施工作量大,施工和监测复杂,对工期产生较大影响。尝试通过混凝土中添加水化热抑制剂的简单方式有效地解决混凝土早期开裂的问题。在杭州八堡泵站工程选取两段墩墙作为试验段,采用添加水化热抑制剂、通水冷却等不同方案进行对比试验,结果表明:添加水化热抑制剂后能延缓混凝土峰值出现的时间,对控制裂缝的产生有一定的作用,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。The concrete structures of large pumping stations usually have large cross-sections,and certain temperature control measures are needed to avoid the occurrence of temperature cracks.The current conventional measures have a large workload and complex construction and monitoring,which have a greater impact on the construction period.The testing by adding hydration heat inhibitor to concrete is conducted in order to effectively solve the problem of early concrete cracking.In Hangzhou Babao Pumping Station Project,two pier-walls were selected as the test section,and different schemes such as adding hydration heat inhibitor and water-pipe cooling were used for comparative tests.The results showed that hydration heat inhibitor can delay the appearance of concrete peak,with a certain effect on controlling the generation of cracks.The research results can provide references for similar projects.
