摘  要:随着我国工业化进程的加快,工业污染问题日渐突出。在工业污染中,以硫氧化物和HS为代表的硫污染十分严重。本课题在研究气相旋流-液相射流吸收器的吸收与分离能力的基础上,通过研究气相进速、液相进速等关键因素,为脱除酸性水汽提装置内的含硫废气提供技术指导,确定符合实际工况的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在吸收液流量为120L/h,进气流量在5m~3/h时,脱硫效率处在较高水平。With the acceleration of my country’s industrialization process,the problem of industrial pollution has become increasingly prominent.Among industrial pollution,sulfur pollution represented by sulfur oxides and HS is very serious.Based on the study of the absorption and separation capacity of the hydro-jet-air cyclone,this topic provides technical guidance for the removal of sulfur-containing waste gas in the sour water stripping unit by studying key factors such as gas phase advance rate and liquid phase advance rate.Determine the best process parameters that meet the actual working conditions.The results show that the desulfurization efficiency is at a high level when the flow rate of the absorption liquid is 120 L/h and the flow rate of the intake air is 5 m~3/h.
