摘 要:工业燃气锅炉受热面积灰严重会增加其热阻和降低导热能力,从而使锅炉热效率降低,同时也会使锅炉尾部烟道有效截面减小,从而会增加烟气流通阻力,使引风出力不足,降低锅炉出力。此文依据对某台燃天然气锅炉内部检验中发现回燃室底部、后烟室、前烟室、二回程烟管、三回程烟管处积灰较重,进行能效测试得出锅炉出力和热效率均大幅降低,排烟温度偏高,排烟处过量空气系数偏大;从积灰产生原因方面分析了燃气锅炉积灰的危害以及提供了可行解决方案。The ash accumulation on the heating surface of industrial gas boiler will increase its thermal resistance and reduce thermal conductivity,so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler is reduced,and the effective section of the flue at the tail of the boiler is reduced,which will increase the flue gas circulation resistance,so that the exhaust output is insufficient,and reduce the boiler output.In this paper,based on the internal inspection of a natural gas burning boiler found that the bottom of the back combustion chamber,back smoke chamber,front smoke chamber,two return smoke pipe,three return smoke pipe ash accumulation is heavy,energy efficiency test shows that the boiler output and thermal efficiency are greatly reduced,smoke exhaust temperature is high,smoke exhaust excess air coefficient is large;The harm of ash accumulation in gas boiler is analyzed from the reason of ash accumulation and feasible solutions are provided.
