摘 要:油气管道腐蚀问题带来的安全隐患越来越严重。在线腐蚀监测技术能在线实时测量并远程传输管道的腐蚀速率变化情况并结合相关工艺参数数据对齐分析,能够预测管道的腐蚀趋势,越来越受到人们的青睐。本文针对企业普遍使用的腐蚀在线监测技术及最新研究的腐蚀监测技术进行了论述。着重说明各技术的工作原理、优缺点及应用情况,并展望在线腐蚀监测技术的系统化智能化应用发展。通过对油气管道在线腐蚀监测技术的论述,为相关科研人员及相关企业提供有价值的参考。The potential safety hazards caused by corrosion of oil and gas pipelines are becoming more and more serious.Online corrosion monitoring technology is more and more popular because of its ability to measure and remotely transmit the corrosion rate of equipment and related parameters in real time,which can provide a basis for scientific management and decision-making of oil and gas pipeline companies.This paper systematically discusses the currently widely used online corrosion monitoring technology and the latest corrosion monitoring technology researched in the laboratory.Emphasizes the working principles,advantages and disadvantages and application of each technology,and looks forward to the development of systematic and intelligent applications of online corrosion monitoring technology.Through the discussion of online corrosion monitoring technology for oil and gas pipelines,it provides valuable references for related scientific research personnel and related enterprises.
