摘  要:为解决目前方式融冰管理中方案编制与执行相脱节、方案不支持在线校核、纸质方案对调度运行支撑能力不足、方式融冰操作滞后,不具备覆冰抑制功能等问题,本文基于省级电网调控中心方式融冰现有方案编制和执行管理流程、自动化系统数据接入情况、覆冰监测预测系统功能,设计了一套基于电网覆冰风险定级和预调度的方式融冰辅助决策系统。通过分析方式融冰方案,处理电网实时运行数据,定位可方式融冰线路;通过覆冰监视数据、覆冰预测数据和线路重要性,评估电网输电线路覆冰断线风险等级。当电网覆冰风险未达到常规方式融冰条件但又超出设置限值时,调整运行方式,增加存在覆冰风险线路的电流,抑制覆冰发生;当线路覆冰达到常规方式融冰条件时,对方式融冰方案进行校核和修正,指导调度运行人员按修正后的方式融冰方案进行融冰操作。In order to solve the problems in the current mode of ice-melting management,such as the disconnection between scheme compilation and implementation,the lack of online verification of schemes,the insufficient support capacity of paper schemes for dispatching operation,and the lag of mode ice-melting operation,in this paper,based on the current scheme of ice-melting in provincial power grid control center,the data access of automation system,the function of ice-covering monitoring and forecasting system,an auxiliary decision-making system for ice-melting based on grid icing risk rating and pre-scheduling is designed.By analyzing the ice-melting scheme,processing the real-time operation data of the power grid,locating the ice-melting line which can be melted by the ice-covering monitoring data,the ice-covering prediction data and the importance of the line,to assess the risk level of icing and line breakage of transmission lines.When the icing risk of power grid does not reach the normal melting condition but exceeds the set limit,the operation mode is adjusted to increase the current of the line with icing risk,and the icing occurrence is restrained.When the line icing reaches the condition of conventional mode ice-melting,the mode ice-melting scheme is checked and revised,and the dispatching operators are instructed to carry out the operation according to the modified mode ice-melting scheme.
