纯棉磨毛织物数码印花的前处理工艺研究

摘　　要：针对纯棉磨毛面料数码印花产品出现露白、颜色不均匀等问题,文章主要探讨了纯棉织物前处理工艺对印花效果的影响。试验结果表明,加重煮漂效果,织物毛效高,渗透性好,布面均匀度好;采用磨毛与剪毛组合工艺,布面能获得短密的绒毛,水洗后露白问题大大减少;采用糊料DT-ML预处理纯棉磨毛织物,数码印花后织物渗透性、布面均匀度更好,数码印花产品质量得到了明显提高。Regarding the problems of threadbare and uneven colors on the digital printed cotton sanded fabric,the study elaborates on the influence of the pretreatment process on the printing effect.The results show that strengthening the degree of scouring and bleaching in pretreatment improves the capillary effect,permeability,and fabric surface evenness;adopting the sanding and shearing process can obtain short and dense fuzzy piles on the fabric,and the threadbare after washing are greatly reduced;cotton sanded fabrics pretreated by DT-ML paste can get better permeability and higher evenness after digital printing,greatly improving the quality of digital printed products.
