摘  要:为省略内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)无位置传感器控制方法中滤波器的使用,减小系统体积,提高位置估计精度,提高系统适应性,提出一种IPMSM低速无位置传感器控制方法。在电机静止轴系注入高频电压信号,并且将矢量控制周期和高频注入周期分离;通过对高频注入周期前后产生的电流进行采样,经简单的数学运算即可获得含有转子位置信息的正交信号;使用正交锁相环进行位置信息估计;分别对电机进行空载转速阶跃、负载阶跃、带载转速阶跃以及带载正反转4种工况下的实验验证。结果表明:在4种工况下时,电机最大估计位置误差不超过13.5°,平均位置误差不超过7.5°,电机转速跟踪效果好,具有良好的稳定性和低速运行性能,并且避免了高频电流信号提取过程中滤波器的使用。In order to eliminate the use of filters in the position sensor-less control method of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM),thereby saving the system space,improving the accuracy of position estimation and the system adaptability,a low-speed position sensor-less control method of the IPMSM is proposed.The high-frequency voltage signals are injected into the stationary shaft of motor,and the control period of active voltage vectors and the high-frequency injection period are separated,the currents generated before and after the high-frequency injection period are sampled,then the quadrature signals which contain rotor position information can be obtained by mathematical calculations.Finally,a quadrature phase-locked loop is used for position estimation.The experimental verification of the motor is carried out under four working conditions:no-load speed step,load step,on-load speed step and on load positive and negative rotation.The results show that under the four working conditions,the maximum error of estimated position of the motor is not more than 13.5°,and the average error of position is not more than 7.5°.The motor has good speed tracking effect,good stability and low-speed operation performance,and avoids the use of filter in the process of extracting high-frequency current signal.
