智慧社会建设背景下图书馆协同合作初探

摘　　要：智慧社会建设背景下,图书馆的协同合作是必由之路。文章阐释了智慧社会和智慧城市的同与不同以及何为图书馆协同合作,论述了智慧社会建设背景下图书馆协同合作是时代发展的必然,指出了图书馆协同合作面临的理念意识、规章制度、智慧馆员以及合作内容、模式单一的四个现实困境,并在此基础上提出了相应的建议,以期走好智慧社会建设背景下图书馆协同合作之路。In the context of the construction of a smart society,library collaboration is an inevitable way.This study explains the similarities and differences between the smart society and the smart city and what is the library collaboration,discusses that the library collaboration is the inevitable development of the times under the background of the construction of the smart society,points out the four practical dilemmas,namely,the concept awareness,rules and regulations,smart librarians,and the single content and mode of cooperation.Corresponding suggestions are proposed on this basis to take the road of library cooperation under the background of smart society construction.
