摘　　要：目的探讨辛夷散汤剂经鼻雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗肺经伏热型小儿过敏性鼻炎的效果及对血清炎症因子及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法回顾性分析河南科技大学第一附属医院2020年9月至2021年10月收治的86例过敏性鼻炎患儿,根据治疗方法将患儿分为对照组(常规治疗联合孟鲁司特钠,39例)和研究组(常规治疗、孟鲁司特钠联合辛夷散汤剂,47例)。比较两组患儿治疗前后鼻部症状(鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏)积分以及血清转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-10、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、IgM、IgA水平,记录两组患儿临床总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患儿治疗后鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏症状积分均降低,且研究组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血清TGF-β_(1)、IL-6水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后血清IL-10水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后IgE、IgM、IgA水平均低于治疗前,且研究组IgE、IgM低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(95.74%比82.05%,P<0.05)。结论辛夷散汤剂经鼻雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗肺经伏热型小儿过敏性鼻炎可有效改善患儿临床症状、机体炎症水平及免疫球蛋白水平,具有较好的安全性和有效性,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of nasal atomization inhalation of Xinyisan decoction combined with montelukast sodium in children with allergic rhinitis of lung meridian fever symptom and its influence on serum inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin.Methods A total of 86 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from September 2020 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(conventional treatment and montelukast sodium,39 cases)and study group(conventional treatment,montelukast sodium and Xinyisan decoction,47 cases)according to different treatment methods.The scores of nasal symptoms(nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing)and serum transforming growth factorβ_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10,immunoglobulin E(IgE),IgM,IgA levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the overall clinical response rate and adverse reactions were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results The symptom scores of nasal itching,nasal obstruction,runny nose and sneezing in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The serum levels of TGF-β_(1)and IL-6 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-10 level in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgE,IgM,and IgA in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The overall response rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(95.74%vs.82.05%,P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal atomization inhalation of Xinyisan decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis of lung meridian fever type can ef
