归芍地黄汤联合针刺治疗月经过少肾虚型患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨归芍地黄汤联合针刺治疗月经过少肾虚型患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年7月郸城县人民医院收治的120例月经过少肾虚型患者,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组接受针刺法治疗,观察组在此基础上联合归芍地黄汤治疗,比较两组患者中医证状评分及疗效。结果两组患者治疗3个月经周期后中医症状主、次症及总分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月经周期后的总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的86.67%(52/60)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗3个月经周期后月经总量增加(P<0.05),且观察组月经总量较对照组多(P<0.05)。结论归芍地黄汤联合针刺能降低月经过少肾虚型患者的中医症状评分,提高治疗有效率,治疗后月经总量增多,疗效显著,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the curative effect of Guishao Dihuang decoction combined with acupuncture in patients with hypomenorrhea and kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypomenorrhea and kidney deficiency treated in Dancheng People’s Hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Guishao Dihuang decoction.And the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the primary and secondary symptoms of TCM and the total score of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than 86.67%(52/60)of control group(P<0.05).The total menstrual volume of the two groups increased after 3 menstrual cycles of treatment(P<0.05),and the total menstrual volume of the observation group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guishao Dihuang decoction combined with acupuncture can reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in patients with hypomenorrhea and kidney deficiency,improve the treatment efficiency,increase the amount of menstruation after treatment,with significant effect,which is worthy of clinical reference.
