生态环境监测网络建设成效研究

摘　　要：生态环境问题是当今社会亟需攻克的难题,相关部门及企业应以因地制宜为原则持续性开展生态环境治理恢复工作,而生态治理修复需以环境监测结果为依据,所以相关部门应加强对生态环境监测系统的重视,构建完整可靠的监测网络。基于此,本文首先阐述了生态环境监测网络的典型建设框架,从大气环境、水环境、声环境三个角度讨论监测网络的建设思路,并结合“十三五”规划成果探究生态环境监测网络的建设成效。Ecological and environmental problems are an urgent problem to overcome in the contemporary society,so we need to canry out the ecological environment govermance and restoration work based on the principle of local conditions,and the ecological govermnance and restoration should be based on the environmental monitoring results.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the ecological environment monitoring system and build a complete and reliable monitoring network.Based on this,this paper first expounds the typical construction framework of ecological environment monitoring network,discusses the construction ideas of monitoring network from three perspectives of atmospheric environment,water environment and acoustic environment,and explores the construction results of ecological environment monitoring network based on the results of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
