摘 要:本文以南宫堆肥厂为依托,主要通过对城市生活垃圾堆肥过程中,高温腐熟阶段的理化性质进行比较研究,分析城市生活垃圾中不同组分、不同粒径对高温堆肥发酵有机成分降解以及堆肥腐熟度的影响。研究结果表明:南宫堆肥厂所处理的生活垃圾中以食品所占的比例最大,其次为纸类和塑料类,不可降解的无机物类含量较少。不同粒径区段的垃圾由于混合均匀,含水率相差不大。在堆肥过程中,不同组分及粒径的样品pH值变化均呈上升趋势;食品类和小粒径样品堆肥呈EC升高趋势;植物性食品和木竹的E/E下降较多;小粒径样品的E/E变化较小,不同组分及粒径的样品WSC值均呈现下降趋势。小粒径比大粒径的样品分解快,动物性食品及大粒径样品影响NH~+-N的下降;小粒径的样品腐熟较快,C/N下降较明显。Based on Nangong composting plant,this paper mainly analyzes the effects of different components and particle sizes of municipal solid waste on the degradation of organic components in high-temperature composting fermentation and the maturity of compost by comparing the physical and chemical properties of high-temperature decomposition stage in the composting process of municipal solid waste.The results show that food accounts for the largest proportion of domestic waste treated by Nangong composting plant,followed by paper and plastic,and the content of non-degradable inorganic substances is less.Due to the uniform mixing of garbage in different particle size sections,the moisture content of garbage has little difference.During the composting process,the pH value of samples with different components and particle sizes showed an upward trend.The composting of food and small particle size samples showed an increasing trend of EC,E/Eof plant foods and Dendrocalamus Bambusa decreased more,and E/Eof small particle size samples changed less.The WSC values of samples with different components and particle sizes showed a downward trend,and the samples with small particle sizes decomposed faster than those with large particle sizes.Animal food and large particle size samples affect the decline of NH-N.The sample with small particle size decayed faster,and the C/N decreased signifi cantly.
