绿色理念下垃圾清挖工程技术环保标准与管控措施研究

摘　　要：随着我国城市化建设进程的加快,生活垃圾量显著增长,这给城市附近的垃圾填埋点开展清挖工程带来了不小的难度。通常情况下,开展垃圾清挖工程需要根据垃圾种类、技术设备等有针对性地制定方案,防止工程对附近土壤、水源、生态环境等造成污染。本文以垃圾清挖工程为核心,以绿色发展为理念,结合具体的工程项目案例,探究当下垃圾清挖工程技术环保要求及有关标准,明晰垃圾清挖施工的重点和难点,并从工程管理、设备管理、安全防护、人力资源、管理服务、组织保障、制度体系等多个方面提出具体的管控措施,为相关工程的有序开展提供参考。With the acceleration of urbanization construction in China, the amount of domestic garbage has increased signifi cantly, which has brought great diffi culties to the excavation of landfi ll sites near cities. In general, the garbage removal project needs to be carried out according to the garbage type, technical equipment and other targeted plans to prevent the project from polluting the nearby soil, water source and ecological environment. This paper takes the garbage removal project as the core, takes the green development as the concept,and combines the specifi c project cases to explore the technical and environmental protection requirements and relevant standards of the current garbage removal project, clarify the key and diffi cult points of the garbage removal construction, and put forward specifi c control measures from the aspects of project management, equipment management, safety protection, human resources, management services,organization guarantee, and system, provide reference for the orderly development of relevant projects.
