摘　　要：目的探讨基于问题解决疗法的阶梯式护理对头颈部肿瘤患者心理状态、自我效能水平及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取本院于2018年10月—2020年9月收治的148例头颈部肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组及参照组,每组各74例。参照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上实施基于问题解决疗法的阶梯式护理干预。比较两组患者的心理状态、自我效能水平及睡眠质量。结果干预后,研究组患者的焦虑及抑郁评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05),自我效能评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05),睡眠质量评分显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于问题解决疗法的阶梯式护理干预措施应用于头颈部肿瘤患者的护理中,可有效缓解其焦虑及抑郁情绪,提升其自我效能水平,改善患者睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based stepped care on mental state,self-efficacy level and sleep quality in head and neck tumors.Methods A total of 148 patients with head and neck tumors admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into the study group and 74 cases in the reference group according to the randomized number table method.The reference group patients implemented usual care,and the study group patients implemented a stepped-care intervention based on problem-solving therapy based on usual care.The psychological state,self-efficacy level,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the self-efficacy scores were significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05),and the sleep quality scores were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-based stepped-based interventions to the care of patients with head and neck tumors can effectively relieve their anxiety and depression,improve their self-efficacy,and improve the sleep quality of patients.
