摘　　要：总结1例主动脉穿透性溃疡出血并食管—纵隔瘘患者的护理经验。主要包括心理护理、营养支持、预防感染护理、围手术期护理等措施。经过积极救治与护理,该患者康复出院。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with bleeding penetrating aortic ulcer and esophagus-mediastinal fistula.It mainly includes psychological nursing,acute gastrointestinal bleeding nursing,nutritional support,infection prevention nursing and perioperative nursing.After active treatment and nursing,the patient recovered from hospital.
