用质量效率来分析煤泥重介质旋流器试验平台的工艺效果

摘　　要：引用煤泥重介质旋流器试验平台的试验数据,计算出质量效率,试图证明该工艺指标也可应用到粗煤泥分选设备。通过分析该试验平台质量效率较低的原因,揭示出是由于轻产物正分配率较差所造成的。Based on the test data of the coal slime dense medium cyclone test platform, this paper calculates the quality efficiency and tries to prove that this process index can also be applied to the coarse coal slime separation equipment. By analyzing the reasons for the low quality and efficiency of the test platform, it is revealed that it is caused by the poor positive distribution rate of light products.
