摘　　要：针对禾草沟选煤厂粗精煤分选效果差、影响精煤灰分指标的问题,采用增加TBS顶水泵、改造弧形筛参数等措施对工艺进行改造;改造后有效降低了粗精煤泥中的细泥含量,降低了粗精煤灰分,提高了经济效益。Aiming at the coal preparation plant of Hecaogou, which affects the separation effect of coarse slim and the quality of comprehensive clean coal, increased a TBS top water pump, reformed sieve bend.The thought scheme and implementation process of transformation are introduced, The separation effect in production practice shows, The above two kinds of technical transformation means are very successful.
