摘 要:阐述了矿井毛煤系统实施智能预排矸改造的必要性,对当前国内预排矸工艺进行了系统比较,介绍了智能预排矸分选机的结构、分选原理、特点及在淮北矿区部分煤矿的应用。生产实践表明,智能预排矸分选机在分选孙疃、许疃等矿50~200 mm粒级块毛煤时,矸中带煤率小于0.40%,矸石排除率达97%以上,分选效果达到预期要求,对该技术在淮北矿区其他矿井的推广应用进行了分析。expounds the necessity of implementing the intelligent pre discharge gangue transformation in the raw coal system of the mine, systematically compares the current domestic pre discharge gangue processes, and introduces the structure, separation principle, characteristics of the intelligent pre discharge gangue separator and its application in some coal mines in Huaibei mining area.The production practice shows that when the intelligent pre discharge gangue separator is used to separate 50~200 mm raw coal in Suntuan, Xutuan and other mines, the coal carrying rate in the gangue is less than 0.40%,and the gangue removal rate is more than 97%.The separation effect meets the expected requirements.The popularization and application of this technology in other mines in Huaibei mining area is analyzed.
