摘　　要：阐述了检测和校准实验室检测标准统计方案的应用背景以及该方案的流程设计和功能模块设计,同时,介绍了该方案的应用及使用过程中的注意要点。该方案基于VBA程序,将实验室中已获认可检测标准与检测报告中使用的检测标准进行比较分析及统计,实现统计自动化及结果可视化。其结果可为内部审核提供基础数据,为持续改进和完善质量管理体系助力,方便科学规范化管理。本方案实现了比较分析及统计过程的自动化,避免了大量的人工统计容易出现缺漏差错的问题,提高了工作效率,实际应用效果好。This paper expounds the application background of the test standard statistical scheme of testing and calibration laboratory, as well as the process design and function module design of the scheme.At the same time, the application of the scheme and the key points needing attention in the process of use are introduced.Based on VBA program, the scheme compares, analyzes and counts the recognized test standards in the laboratory with the test standards used in the test report, so as to realize statistical automation and result visualization.The results can provide basic data for internal audit, help to continuously improve and improve the quality management system, and facilitate scientific and standardized management.This scheme realizes the automation of comparative analysis and statistical process, avoids the problem of missing errors in a large number of manual statistics, improves work efficiency and has good practical application effect.
