摘　　要：布鲁菌性附睾睾丸炎是布鲁氏杆菌感染累及男性附睾和(或)睾丸所致,病程长,复发率高,在患病后可对男性生理及心理产生短期或长期不良影响。因此,早期发现、正确诊断和及时治疗是提高BEPO治愈率、减少并发症的关键。近年来,超声技术已经从传统的灰阶超声、彩色多普勒超声发展到与超声造影、弹性成像为一体的多模态超声诊治,常规超声及超声新技术对于辅助临床诊断与鉴别诊断布鲁菌性附睾睾丸炎具有十分重要的意义。本文就常见的超声检查技术在布鲁菌性附睾睾丸炎中的相关研究进行综述。Brucella epididymo-orchitis is caused by Brucella infection involving male epididymis and/or testis.The course of disease is long and the recurrence rate is high It can have short-term or long-term adverse effects on male physiology and psychology.Therefore,early detection,correct diagnosis and timely treatment are the key to improve the cure rate and reduce complications of BEPO.In recent years,ultrasound technology has been developed from traditional gray scale ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound to multi-modal ultrasound diagnosis and treatment integrated with contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastography.Conventional ultrasound and new ultrasound technology are of great significance in assisting clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brucella epididymal orchitis and evaluating prognosis.This article reviews the related studies of common ultrasonography in brucella epididymal orchitis.
