摘　　要：名老中医王国斌教授结合多年临床经验,认为冠心病证属本虚标实,病位主要在心,但与脾胃亦有密切关系。心脾两脏在生理上有相互协同作用,脾胃气结、枢机不利,中阳不足、寒凝气滞、脾胃虚弱、心脉失养等均可导致痰浊壅塞,胸阳不布,气血不畅发为本病。王国斌教授以“五脏相关论”为基础,提出“从脾理心”诊疗思路,除了通阳散结、祛痰宽胸之外,发作期应醒脾和胃,恢复枢机升降,稳定期应补益脾胃、健运中焦气机,以固其本。Combined with many years of clinical experience,professor Wang Guobin believed that the syndrome of coronary heart disease belonged to"deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity",the syndrome located in heart and related to spleen and stomach.The two organs of the heart and spleen were physiologically synergetic.The spleen and stomach qi knot,the axis was unfavorable;the middle Yang was insufficient,the cold retained and the Qi was stagnant;the spleen and stomach were weak,and the heart pulse was out of support.All of these can lead to phlegm congestion,hypofunction of Yang Qi in chest,and they were important pathological mechanism of coronary heart disease.Based on the theory of"Five viscera related",Professor Wang Guobin put forward the idea of"regulating the heart from the spleen"in diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.In addition to activating Yang and removing obstruction,expectorating phlegm and expanding chest,professor Wang proposed that in the attack period,the spleen and stomach should be awakened,and the elevation of the axis should be restored;in the stable period,the spleen and stomach should be replenished,and the middle Jiao Qi mechanism should be strengthened to consolidate its foundation.
