摘　　要：干燥综合征(sjogren’s syndrome,SS)是一种慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,以侵犯并破坏多种外分泌腺为主,主要表现为口干、眼干及其他部位外分泌腺及腺体外器官干燥等特征,以绝经后女性多发,严重影响现代人的生活健康及生存质量。现代医学对本病病因及发病机理尚未阐明,临床治疗多应用皮质类固醇激素和免疫调节剂等进行干预且收效一般。中药治疗干燥综合征具有一定优势,临床辨证施治能够起到减轻患者临床症状、改善患者生活质量的作用。郑洪新教授认为本病由内燥而发,病位在于脾胃、肝肾等脏腑,脏腑功能失常,初则津液不足,官窍失养;渐及气津两虚、阴血不足;久则可兼津亏血燥、津亏血瘀。故治疗以益气生津、滋阴润燥、养血和血为主。本文对其辨证治疗干燥综合征的临床经验进行整理,为临床实践提供参考。Sjogren's syndrome(SS)is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease,which mainly invades and destroys a variety of exocrine glands.It is mainly characterized by dry mouth,dry eyes,and dryness of exocrine glands and extraglandular organs in other parts.It occurs frequently in postmenopausal women,which has seriously affected the health and quality of life of modern people.The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease have not been clarified in modern medicine.Corticosteroids and immunomodulators are often used in clinical treatment,and the effect is fair.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome.The application of traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.Professor ZHENG Hong-xin believes that this disease occurs from internal dryness,and the location of the disease lies in the spleen,stomach,liver,kidney and other viscera.The viscera function is abnormal,and at the beginning,the body fluid is insufficient,and the official orifices are out of nourishment;Gradually reaching deficiency of both Qi and fluid,deficiency of Yin and blood;For a long time,it can be combined with fluid deficiency and blood dryness,fluid deficiency and blood stasis.Therefore,the treatment is mainly to replenish Qi and generate fluid,nourish Yin and moisten dryness,nourish blood and regulate blood.This paper sorts out ZHENG Hongxin clinical experience in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome based on syndrome differentiation,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
