摘 要:为研究盐雾和运行辐射对安全壳涂层传热性能的影响,采用盐雾叠加辐照的试验方法开展了对涂层水接触角、比热、导热系数、发射率等性能的影响研究。试验试件按照实际工程材料及涂层标准制备,盐雾试验中每1000 h对试件进行测量,试验总时长3500 h;辐照试验中每2.5×10^(6)Gy对试件进行测量,总累积剂量为1×10^(7)Gy。结果表明:叠加老化对涂层的宏观形貌无明显影响;试验后,涂层的比热值在0.97~1.01 J(/g·K)之间,发射率约为0.96,比热和发射率较初始值有所升高;涂层的水接触角在63°~69°之间,导热系数在0.98~1.22 W(/m·K)之间,水接触角和导热系数较初始值有所降低。In order to study the influence of salt spray and operational radiation on the heat transfer performance of the containment coating,the effects of salt spray superimposed irradiation on the water contact angle,specific heat,thermal conductivity and emissivity of the coating were studied.The test specimens were prepared according to the actual engineering material selection and acceptance criteria.During the salt spray test,the test specimens were measured every 1000 h and the total test duration was 3500 h.In the irradiation test,the specimens were measured every 2.5×10^(6)Gy,and the total cumulative dose was 1×10^(7)Gy.The results showed that the stacking aging test had no obvious effect on the macroscopic morphology of the coating.After the experiment,the specific calorific value of the coating was between 0.97 and 1.01 J/(g·K),and the emissivity was about 0.96.The specific heat and emissivity of the coating were higher than the initial values.The water contact angle of the coating was between 63°and 69°,and the thermal conductivity was between 0.98 W/m·K and 1.22 W/m·K.The water contact angle and thermal conductivity of the coating were lower than the initial values.
