摘  要:丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷涂料配方设计中性能平衡是难点,为同时保证涂层具有优异的防护性和应用性,以柔韧性、耐温变性、层间附着力、防腐性和耐候性为研究对象,考察了树脂成膜机理、氨基硅烷用量、紫外光助剂对涂层性能的影响,其中耐温变性和层间附着力是影响涂层应用的关键因素,防腐性和耐候性是影响涂层防护性能的关键因素。结果表明:采用湿固化成膜机理树脂,树脂与氨基硅烷质量比(R/C)为6∶1且搭配复合紫外光助剂时涂层具有优异的防护性和应用性。Performance balance was a difficult problem in the formulation design of acrylic modified polysiloxane coatings.In order to ensure that the coating had excellent protection and applicability,the flexible performance,temperature resistance,interlayer adhesion,corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the coating were taken as the research objects.The effect of resin film−forming mechanism,the amount of amino silane coupling agent,and UV additives on coating properties were investigated.The temperature resistance and interlayer adhesion were the key affecting factors of coating application.And the corrosion resistance and weather resistance were the key affecting factors of the coating protective performance.The results indicated that the coating performance was well balanced and the protection property and applicability were both excellent when the resin film forming mechanism was moisture−curing,the mass ratio of resin to aminosilane(R/C)was 6:1,and the composite UV additives was used.
