摘 要:为解决剩余污泥可生物降解性差的问题,本研究采用传统热处理对污泥进行预处理,考查了溶解性COD(SCOD)、多糖、蛋白质、氨氮、挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)等指标,并通过恒压脱水和离心脱水来检测污泥的脱水性能.结果表明,考虑多糖、蛋白质、VFAs的释放量,140℃、30 min可以作为热水解预处理最佳的处理条件.然而从离心和恒压脱水情况来看,140℃时污泥的脱水性能仍然低于未处理前.当温度升到170℃、190℃时脱水性能才明显提高,且170℃与190℃相差不大;考虑能量的消耗,以改善污泥脱水性能为主要目的时,采用热处理较适宜的条件为170℃、30 min.In order to solve the problem of poor biodegradability of excess sludge,the effect of traditional heat treatment on sludge pretreatment was studied.The indexes of soluble COD(SCOD),polysaccharide,protein,ammonia nitrogen,and volatile fatty acids(VFAs)were examined.The dewatering performance of sludge was tested by constant pressure dewatering and centrifugal dewatering.The results showed that 140℃and 30 min could be used as the optimal pretreatment conditions by considering the release volume of polysaccharide,protein and VFAs.However,to view from the perspectives of centrifugation and constant pressure dehydration,the dewatering performance of sludge at 140℃was still worse than that before treatment.When the temperature rose to 170℃and 190℃,the dehydration performance which demonstrated little difference between 170℃and 190℃was obviously improved.By taking into consideration of energy consumption,the suitable conditions for heat treatment to obtain good dehydration performance are 170℃and 30 min.
